The starting point of the project was a meeting with the client to establish what he wanted to convey. What were those characteristics of the DiagCore Analyzer that needed to be explained in depth, or which represented innovation with respect to the previous model.
From this point, a script was established, which would determine the sections of the Video. In general, the structure is similar to other videos. A superficial description, Modularity and Scalability. A detailed description of the Consumable Cartridge that works with the Analyzer, and finally the description of the Working Routine. In the specific case of DiagCore, we worked intensely on the fluidics.
Once these sections have been defined, we will go deeper into the best way to represent each one of them. Proposals are made, and together with the client, they are refined until they are validated.
Import of Product Geometries / a very important section of the Project, is the import and cleaning of the different geometries contained in the Analyzer.
Product appearance / depending on the level of realism the Customer wants, the materials of each component are adjusted. Depending on the case, the necessary textures are created.
Scene definition / different environments are proposed for the course of the Video. Iterations in background colors, illuminations, etc.
Raw Animation / From the defined script, an initial basic animation is developed. Modifications are made until a consensus is reached on how each of the Product Features are represented.
Final Rendering and Post-Production / Once all the Previews have been validated, the final rendering is done, in production quality. With this material, the Post-production is done, applying all kinds of visual effects, to emphasize those elements that need it. Texts are added, and finally the Audio track.
With all the work done, those small changes requested by the Client are applied.
